On the border between Lombardy and Trentino, Passo Tonale is a natural amphitheatre that marks the border between the Val di Sole and Vallecamonica. Ghiacciaio Presena is a glacier in the Presanella massif at an altitude of between 2700 and 3000 m, south of Passo Tonale. It is well known for being one of the few glaciers on which summer skiing is carried out.  [www ]
