Ghiacciaio Presena is a glacier in the Presanella massif at an altitude of between 2700 and 3000 m, south of Passo Tonale.
It is well known for being one of the few glaciers on which summer skiing is carried out.
It can be reached via a modern cableway and is surrounded by majestic mountains. It spreads out up to the 3069 m of Cima Presena. From Ghiacciaio Presena, it is possible to reach the off-piste paths of Mandrone, Maroccaro, Cima Venezia and Pisgana.
In the summer it is a departure point for trekking itineraries along a series of communication trenches of the “White War”.
