The municipality of Vezza d’Oglio is located in Alta Valle Camonica halfway between the towns of Edolo and Ponte di Legno.
It is an excellent departure point for mountain lovers, who can choose from easy, relaxing walks in the woods and excursions to more impassable and panoramic peaks.
Its orographic position offers a fantastic view due to the convergence of the “Paghera” and “Valgrande” Valleys. The peaks of Serotini (2967 m), Tremoncelli (2724 m) stand out, along with the Baitone Range (3300 m) with its perennial glacier closed in by the horns of Piazza (2650 m) and Pornina (2815 m), one of the most interesting tentacles of the imposing Adamello range.
Winter and summer skiing are possible in the ski district of Temù - Ponte di Legno - Passo Tonale - Ghiacciaio Presena with summer skiing at 3000 m.
